Kevin McFatridge is a dynamic leader with nearly 30 years of experience in strategic planning, healthcare, and organizational growth. Known for his innovative thinking and relationship-building prowess, Kevin has served in high-impact roles such as Executive Director of the Colorado Healing Fund and Chief Operating Officer of the Michigan State Medical Society. Now, as the Executive Director of the Colorado Association of Health Plans, he’s combining his love for healthcare and knack for strategy to drive change.
Passionate about improving access to care for all, Kevin thrives on empowering teams and creating meaningful impact. He’s led several teams, navigated complex challenges, and isn’t afraid to shake things up to get results. When he’s not at work, Kevin enjoys running and hiking in the Colorado outdoors and spending time with his family and Siberian Husky, Max.
